This is a non exercise day so obviously not burning lots of calories .My weight has been consistent for 2 years so definitely not in the yo yo category! My logging is not…

I have been trying to aim for around 1500 at the moment - just looked and my net varies quite a bit ( exercise days?) around the 800/900 looks average

I think if you have spent many years 'fat' and avoided having photos taken and actually looking at yourself in the mirror it then takes a while to see the new you. I would catch glimpses of myself or see a photo and for a short moment not realise that was me! It wasn't until a stranger in a supermarket ( who was choosing…

I really have to stop myself sometimes from being REALLY sarcastic when people ( usually men) say oh your tall aren't you?! No **** I hadn't noticed!? It is usually little men that feel the need to say it......

Oh and I don't know about the rest of the world but finding heels in my size has always been an issue I'm a UK size 10/9 so the choice has always been very limited unless you shop transvestite! Ha ha
-
I only really started wearing heels after losing weight, I think before I felt to huge in all directions and it made me stand out too much, I guess being slimmer gives you the confidence to not want to hide. I think I always used the excuse that I didn't want to tower above my hubby but I think the truth was I didn't want…

Glad I'm not alone in blaming the wine! It's been a week of no wine now which I do feel so much better for - hope the scales are kind in the morning too. I have to just pretend to myself I am pregnant - I've not drunk during pregnancies so why should life be any different? Mind you it's like everything else - like I enjoy…

Enjoyed this thread - great to know there are even more tallies out there!

It was interesting for me to read this topic again as I have just reached my 3 year anniversary. When I 1st arrived in January 2011 I had a long way to go but by my 1 year I was nearly where I wanted to be. I often wondered if people can manage to keep weight off once they have lost it especially me as mine had been up and…

Great work! You look a different person. Although you should have waited until it was 100lbs!!! Good luck for 2014 and hope you continue to achieve your goals.

Good luck with the loss, doing well so far! I would class my frame size as large based purely on the fact I have massive hands and feet (UK10) and at 5'11 my target is168 (my own ideal) When I just looked at the chart below my range should be between 155 and 176 so I guess I am aiming right.…
