hmm i completely agree. i started at right around the same weight and the only difference i feel is my pants need a belt. i think 20 more pounds and we'll start to see a difference. i dont even care about the clothes i cant wait for the double chin to go!

wow thats good to know!! i am only eating the serving size and maybe HALF a serving size more sometimes with the meals but theres so much info out there about whats good and not so good so i didnt wanna take a chance that i was eating too much :) thanks!

i have been really under the recommended calcium MFP gives me except for the days I was eating yogurt and/or cheese. if im not mistaken MFP gives the calcium measurements in g and it gives me a "limit" of 100 g a day. sometimes i got over that sometimes i go way under. hmm

oh im definitely going to see my doctor i already have an appt set up with him. unfortunately its not until next weekend so im just fishing around for some ideas.

now that i think about it i havent had milk in about 4 weeks. exepct for ONE small bowl of cereal and then it was only half a cup. maybe that IS the prob... hmm thanks!

no no i'd take a specific supplement like say for instance a protein supplement or a calcium supplement etc etc. the multi-vitamens though id rather avoid IF i could. i think i might raise my protein and see what happens. thanks!

ahhh rightt!! thats what it was. the difference in peoples heartbeats! yeah im sure its not a big deal but i want to prolong the day i have to send it back for a battery change as long as possible so ill stick to just workouts :)

is it accurate to wear them all day? a couple of you have mentioned it already and now im wondering... i read somewhere (i dont even remember wheree at this point) that wearing it all day is kind of a bust. cant remember why or how they came up with that though.

for it ending up underneath my sports bra i was afraid it was moving around too much for an accurate reading thats all! but i guess it doesnt matter according to you guys :)

hi! i know i should be embarrassed by what im about to tell you but oh well loll. i wear two bras when i work out. i have to or id probably knock myself out. one has wire which i wear on top and one doesnt which i wear underneath. that usually gives me the best support! as long as ythe underwire bar fits correctly it…

LOL that is DEF what im hoping for. not too small though. i dont think me OR my friends or family would know what to do if i didnt harge a semi large chest lolll. i think we'd all go into shock loll. need something up top since i feel like i dont have a butt LOL :)

i debated that! and researched and researched but everyone kept saying the ones with the chest strap are the most accurate! and especially the polar ones. so idk if thats really true but better to be safe then sorry i guess!
