at size 22/24 i was between 260-270. im not QUITE sure what my weight was because i was eating differently for a cuople weeks before i started keeping track with the scale.

Yes maybe I shold get it checked out. I have kindof a large chest but it never really gave me any real back problems. My lower back gets kinda stiff sometimes when I'm sitting for too long but doesn't that happen to everyone?? grr its just so frustrating

errrr yes. this is just my personal opinion but they should definitely be counted. you cant not count something just because it may put you over your daily limit or because it takes up too many calories and you want to eat somethinge else. that seems a bit silly if your serious about calorie counting. a calorie is a…

Honestly the only sugar you have to worry about is processed sugars. If you go over your sugar because of fruit its fine. A lot of MFP'ers wish that MFP could seperate the difference between the two types of sugars but unfortunately they dont. What I do is use that limit for processed sugars. And when I say processed…
