regular milk is always gonna be a winner with me. i love the fresh taste of it and it tastes the best in my cereals. fat free regular milk is not as tasty but i like it as well. second is almond milk. i've never tried soy but i don't think i'll try it any time soon.

thats odd... are you talking about the siggi icelandic skyr yogurt? I just started eating that brand and they are around 110 calories and 0g of saturated fat. way less sugar and way more protein that some of these other yogurts. i get em from target

I know everyone says this but I really don't think you're eating enough which I'm sure you can see from your bodymedia device. You're burning a crazy amount of calories you really need to fuel your body more. I think this has something to do with the fat you gained but that is just a guess.
