makes sense! was just expecting to be some inches down because of my increased number of workouts a week. im used to seeing inches come off so it was just a little odd for me. hopefully it wasnt just water weight i've been trying really hard to lose these last pounds. thanks!

Bleh I'd really rather not have to worry about the calories being overestimated. I'm going to have to do some research to find one that is known to be pretty accurate. I currently have the polar ft4. Thanks for the help!

I partly agree. Everyone is free to define their own exercise but personally doing daily tasks such as cleaning, washing hair and taking a shower doesn't usually go into my exercise diary. ive had an exercise regimen (3 times a week) since last january but ive bumped up the intensity in the last few months (4-5 days a week, longer and much more difficult)

i think it may be a mixture of not enough protein and not eating soon enough after working out? I usually cant eat until I get home which is usually an hour and a half after i get done working out.
