  • Awesome foods, high in good fats: Olives, fish, Canola oil, avocado, nuts/sunflower seeds. Unfortunately, given the nature of fats, they are by definition not going to be low in calories. However, pick fats that don't have added calories (skip a PB w/ added sugar...instead choose a natural one that is only peanuts).
