From what I understand its more your average intake that counts, so say weekly average, so yes you can. Additionally, it's best to vary your caloric intake to keep your metabolism 'guessing' - under some days, over others - as long as your average is on par with your goals.

Ya I figure sodium is likely the culprit... I will look into BMR an TDEE. All calculators I look at do put me at 1200 cal plus exercise cals, I'll see what that puts me at. I'll be reaching for protein tomorrow!

Try out the Daily Hiit - you burn some serious cal for 24 hours after your workouts! They're only 12-20 min long, and you can do them in your living room. Either that, or look up HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and do it on any cardio machine. Good luck:)

Absolutely love it - i feel so clean after, and it's sort of a spiritual exercise also. I feel better about my body, my achievements, and I'm more gentle to the world afterward:) My neighborhood is getting a new hot yoga studio, can't wait!
