That's kind of what I am leaning towards might be the cause, thank you! Maybe ill up my daily calories for non workout days to 2,300 and 2,650 or so on workout days.

Oh dang, I haven't experienced anything like this before and I can't think of anything that's making me sick, my eating habits have improved drastically from fast foods everyday all day to all packed lunches and healthy dinners at home or flame broiler etc.
