Had a really good day today! i did 2 fitness classes and ran a 7:23 mile! Yay! Getting in the good workouts before this weekends festivities and food!

Thanks for the pep talk guys! I am on my way out the door to go to the gym to start my day off right! And then go shopping! I am going to be good when we go out to eat, I just have to remember to eat slow and choose wise. And say no to sugary sweets!

Weigh in day! Did great this week! I think it was a combo of good eating and losing the water weight from stopping the prednisone, whatever it was, I am happy! cw- 168.8! owls- 45 newts- 5, I mad diet coke chicken for my lunches for the week, that did not help me on my sodium levels! hp- 495

OWLS- 65 NEWTS- 5 175. :( gain of 2. This week I did really awful with my food choices. I am mad at myself, but it's a new week and I am going to choose right and keep it up. I blame it on my birthday week. My new goal for oct 31 will be 165. Ambitious goal, but I think it will kick my butt into gear.
