I'm not holding off eating...I grew up taking my breakfast to school and having it during 1st break(around 10 to 10:30am). And now as an adult, I run mostly night shifts...I don't close till after 9am and get home 10-ish to have breakfast. Dairy...my whole life but I occasionally have some plus I love cheese. I bear the rough consequences of that. I noticed about 6yrs ago that mixing lots different types of proteins gives me the "grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" effect. Oh...and loads of fatty food...cant tolerate that.

Im between 5'6 and 5'7, about 132pounds. I wanna get down to 125 or 118 pounds. But since muscle mass increases with strength training, I think talking in dress size terms, I wanna be a 4. Im between 6 and 8 now.
