You don't need to go to the gym, there are way better activities out there that get you a BETTER workout. I would suggest a bootcamp class (which I am doing right now) and it's fantastic! Why does she have to be doing it to physically appeal to men? Maybe she likes her small boobs. Maybe she's doing it for herself, not a man. Is that so impossible? PERHAPS she doesn't want to appeal to men.
