Can i join ye. I only average about 5or 6k a day but i will aim for higher and hopefully by the end of month i will be reaching the 10k most days.

I'm just starting out and am 330lbs but my first goal is to get to under 300lbs and i'll aim from there when i get there. Hoping it wont be too long and that i'll stick to this. Is anyone would like to add me i'd be delighted as i'm still getting my head around all this.
