I go over on mine daily also! The RDA is the "recommended allowance". Some people do okay with more, some with less. Abundance, if any, gets peed out.

I made asparagus tonight with sirloin steak and home made mashed potatoes. LIGHTLY douse the with olive oil, then salt and pepper. In the oven for 15 minutes at 350. You could probably sprinkle garlic or Parmesan cheese on them too! :)

i have mine set to 25 grams (which equals 100 calories from sugar a day). It's really hard to maintain that, so as long as I stay under 100 grams I don't beat myself up about it! :)

you need to EAT more!!!! atleast 1200 calories you need more protein, bump that up to atleast 75 grams and do away the monster and soda drinks!

Chicken tacos is something I have alot or wraps. Chicken breasts marinated in fat free dressings are good too!

we live right down the road from an ice cream shoppe. i usually get either dole whip or yo cream (frozen yogurt) in a waffle cone.

Hello, I'm Laura... and i am addicted to sugar..... aggghhhh! Trying to follow the 100 diet where you only have 100 calories of sugar (25 g) and am in need of ideas to curb my sugar cravings.

Bumping thread to see if anyone has any new insights on this "diet". I just watched the episode where he was on Dr. Oz. Jorge says you can only have 100 calories of sugar (25 g) which makes a lot of sense, but awful hard to do! Any thoughts?
