you only do cardio? change it up! add in yoga, pilates, strength training. keep your body guessing!

When I don't feel like working out, I'll lay on the floor and stretch.... sometimes that gets me going to do some pilates or yoga while i'm down there.

Low Carb Smoothies - have you tried low carb protein shakes? you can flavor them with just about anything, or drink them plain. my favorite is vanilla protein powder, almond milk and peanut butter or hot cocoa mix

i zumba 2 times a week, pilates/yoga/lift weights/walk 1-3 times a week for the past 3 years. I also watch calories, anywhere between 1200-1800 dependent upon my activity level and watch my sugar intake.

when i first started working out i was 150 pounds, size 12. now i am 150 pounds, size 5. muscle takes up less space then fat. *** maybe you need to go and get fitted somewhere. it is possible you are wearing the wrong size clothes?

melissadsims, I'm in the exact same predicament you are! 5'4" 150 weight, won't budge but pants sizes go down. lots of muscle, but still flab in upper things/stomach area. i eat 1600 also. cardio and strength training a few times a week.
