  • No cravings here since making Green smoothies. Dr. Oz has a recipe and it really took away my cravings. I just throw whatever fresh veggies I have in a blender with water and maybe a little fruit. An apple . Not delicious but it takes the cravings away.
  • Come on now ! Stop beating your self up. And why are you feeding your daughter pancakes covered in sugar and fat ? Maybe, if you give her healthier food it will help you in the long run too. You have lost 33 lbs. That is tremendous. Keep going we all give in totemptation, this is life
  • What you save on medications and Dr appointments makes the cost very low.
