  • If i told you all the exercise stuff i have a home... you'd laugh and tell me to get on with it but i'm always so tired... think I'll start with a small walk tomorrow and then go from there...oh and feel free to add me as a friend... the more the merrier...

  • it sounds like a breakfast but can be used for both its really quick and yummy... brown or soda bread toast, lightly fried mushrooms(spray oil) garlic, mixed herbs and for a bit of indulgance a spoon of cream cheese or sour cream... and if thats not enough add a poached egg
  • Soda water with a dash of lime or orange juice is a great replacement for soda as it has the bubbles but no calories... doesnt work all the time... but i use to drink LOADS of fizzy drinks a day maybe about a liter and now i dont anymore...hope this helps!!
