Keeping it private doesn't mean you are cheating or hiding anything. I had it open for a while, and decided I was tired of the lame and very generic "way to go!" comments every time I posted. So, I have completely eliminated it and now it doesn't even show up in my feed when I complete it.

I think everyone has an idea of what works for them. Personally, I am training for a marathon and it's one of my goals. I like to really push myself and see how far I can go. I am fit enough to be able to run circles around my 20 something children, and that makes me feel pretty darn good!

I make hummus all the time and it's super fast and easy. Don't peel the beans. Either used canned and ready to go, or soak the dried ones over night, cook them in the morning and then use them if you want some without the sodium. Making hummus shouldn't take more than a few minutes

Anything salty and crunchy - (potatoe chips are the worst!) but as long as I don't have them in my house, I won't go out of my way to get them. I also love beer - and, coincidentally - they go great with what?.... That's right! Potatoe chips !! lol:wink:

I personally don't worry about eating my calories back. I use a BodyFit Media device that gives me the accurate count of how many calories my body has really burned not only during exercise but also in just normal routine throughout the day. I wouldn't plan such a day. I can't imagine eating that many calories even when I was eating whatever I wanted to. I am quite sure i would feel very ill having consumed that much.

With avocado and nuts being "good" fats, I wouldn't worry as much as if it was other types. But, if you want to try to change up what you eat and lower your fat consumption there is a great website that I use for recipe ideas. http://fatfreevegan.com
