I was losing quite a bit with MFP this summer and wound up gaining most of it back after letting myself slip up a few times. I am back in the saddle and working to lose 100 pounds (GULP!). Please feel free to add me, I am back to journaling daily and love the extra support/motivation. :)

I'm beginning again as well, ready to end a decade or so of constant turmoil about my weight. I am six pounds down from my heaviest, 95 to go. Feel free to add, I like new friends and motivation. :)

I'd love to join the group--how do I do it? I visited the thread but don't see where I can join. I started Phase 1 today and am doing the 7 day metabolism kick start diet this week too.
