I treat myself to 4 or 5 beers on Saturdays...it's puts me over my calories, but I don't freak out about it. If that's the only time I'm over, I figure I'm doing okay. :)

So glad I found this group! I'm having the HARDEST time losing even the smallest amount of weight, even though I'm tracking my calories and exercising like a fiend (90 minutes of karate class 4 times a week - I'm a black belt). Any suggestions?
