  • I guess it depends why you are tracking your exercise? Are you tracking it to see how many calories you burn? Are you trying to lose weight?

  • I'm new here but I'll give it a go. 24 hours = 1440 minutes 4/1 - 30 minute (walk) 4/2 - 60 minutes (circuits and weights) 4/3 - 30 minutes (24 class) 4/4 - 60 minutes (hill walk) So only 12600 minutes to go and I go away on holiday on Monday for a week! Eeekkk. But plenty of walking in NYC!
