Hey cool kids! Its been 4 weeks since I had my measurements checked and today the results were super..... I lost 3 lbs, 6 inches, and lowered my body fat by almost 1% to my goal level of getting below 14% (actual number today was 13.5%). Thanks, I'm really stoked. To tell you the truth, I didn't think it showed that much looking in the mirror. I think we only see what we want to see, and until you actually put a tape measure to it, you don't realize you really did lose something, I think that makes sense. LOL! Anyway, thanks again. rd.

Wow. Just came back from getting my measurements after 4 weeks. Holy Buckets!!!!!!!!! I lost another 4.6 lbs, 18 inches from various body parts (7 inches from my midsection alone), and another 4.9 lbs of fat.... I too had a great weekend. Grandson came over and we had some great male bonding time. Rode my bicycle 31 miles Saturday afternoon and 45 miles on Sunday with a killer head wind.
