  • Hey all! Very excited to start the first day of Body Rev. I have done a bit of p90x before, but I like that JMRV is only 30 mins. I am doing the kickstart 7 days, although I might die. Anyone have any suggestions on veg foods for this? Anyways, looking forward to your posts and support!
  • Hi there, From all the research I have done ( tons over the years) it's best to stick to exercises that your body would naturally do. Running is natural movement to us, so I would say do that. Also, Any of the big trainers really suggest running as cardio. Works your back, butt, legs and abs. Can't beat that even if the…
