  • I am doing the corporate cup in omaha and really looking forward to it should be a fun run. This is the first time I am doing this particular race as my employer helps sponsor this. I am doing the 2 mile as well. I want to wish you the best of luck on Sunday!!!

  • Several people have already said this but bike shorts made all the difference in the world to me this summer. I have taken spin classes for a long time so I was used to some pain. But experienced very much the same thing that you mentioned. Got bike shorts and it changed my whole view. Good luck

  • Couple of suggestions or thoughts on this matter. First go to a running store and get fitted for shoes. As I was getting blisters on the back of my heels and gone through many pairs of shoes. Then I went to a running store got the "right" shoes which helped. I also changed my socks no cotton socks it made a huge difference…

  • I love spinning but when I started I just couldn't keep up but something the instructor said stuck in my head. She said just keep pedaling.   • I visit Aldi's pretty frequently as there is one on my way home. But sometimes I will take there ad and match the produce they have on sale at my local walmart so I can get everything in one trip. Check with your walmart to see if they will ad match aldi's produce.
