  • I am 55 & have lost 10lbs since joining this site. It helps to track everything you eat! I am less likely to eat more when I know how many calories it will be & how much work out will be needed to negate it.

  • I mostly walk & I listen to music to help pass the time! When the music hits you, you feel no pain! When I start on strength building, I suppose I will concentrate on my breathing & making sure I am pushing myself without hurting myself!
  • Thanks for the reply! I didn't do very good over the weekend, but still managed to lose a few. I need to go food shopping tonight so I have healthy choices to pick from. The weather is finally nice so I have no excuse for not getting out & walking - which by the way burns lots of calories!
