  • Tough day for me. Kids birthday party with chocolate frosted devil's food cake (that I made) and plenty of pizza. Even had a well-deserved beer. Still managed to come in under my calorie goal though. Reset button for tomorrow.

  • I am trying to lose about 25 lbs too. I was doing great, had lost about 10 lbs, until I had an injury that ended my pick up basketball playing - that was my aerobic exercise. I am struggling for what to do for fitness with a bad wrist and a bad knee. Any suggestions? BTW, are you any where near NYC?
  • My suggestion is to have a lot of healthy snacks ready to go. That means cut up celery and baby carrots and such. If you have dirty celery in a vegetable draw you will never eat it.
