My nutritionist says if you are still hungry eat more protein that makes you feel full, and never eat a carb alone.

Silk soy milk light has a lot of protein that milk doesn't.

Love it. Awesome post. I am trying think of losing a 100 pounds as a 100 mile trip. Each pound is a mile ( sure feels like it) and I want to be able to look back at the scenery along the trip. Sometimes getting to the finish is the best part of the experience. I want to enjoy every day I have.
