I used to use Optimum Nutrition 100 percent whey. It tastes ok and is $50 for a 5 pound tub with a calorie content of 120 with 24 grams of protein per serving.

Dont detox. If your going to diet against the grain, go with a low calorie diet. Herschel Walker only eats only one meal a day consisting of chicken, soup, and salad (anywhere from 400-1000Kcal ) yet he is one of the greatest athletes of all time.

I overheard my uncle (whos a PT and RD) the other day telling a client (whos also pre-diabetic) to cut down on carbs and start working out on a regular basis. If you do both, you wont become a diabetic

Ive used a bunch of protein products but my favorite is Optimum Nutrition 100 percent whey. Best whey protein for the buck. A 5 pound tub costs about 50 bucks and has 24 grams of protein for only 120 calories

Its mostly water weight. Go back to eating your normal diet and it should be off by 2m

Wake up an hour earlier and run if you dont have time during the day

Agreed; any exercise helps. Start walking on a treadmill for 30 minutes every other day and maybe add in a few light weight training sessions. If your not working out, your limiting your growth
