its good to go over your protein...alway eat lean meats, lots of strawberries or berries, cut out the carbs and preservatives eat alot of frest veggies like green beans and brocalli... Eat more carrots and cherry tomatoes

I have a personal trainer and he sd that it is okay to work out every day you just have to eat more protein and less carbs. Iif you have not loss weight eat salmon and lots of fish and brocalli also after every workout you are suppose to drink a protein shake ...I usually do special k...try that for a while also eat lots…

use ms dash no sodium to season everything...it works i have lost 10lbs and lowered my sodium intake

you can make stuff turkey 2 green bell pepper 1lbs ground turkey or ground lean beef lowfat spaghetti sauce if you know how to make stuff peppers use that receipe it is good low in fat
