my goal is 150 too...i have so far lost 65lbs...i started at 265 now i am 209 i work out twice a day and i love water aeorbics and i walk all the time ...just do it slow dont try so fast because then you gain the wieght back faster..so just take it one day at a time...

I just got out of a plateau i just ate more fruits and veggies and did not eat any carbs for about 2 weeks and now im losing again...i also have tyroid so i dont know if it has anything to do with it.

I read your list and half the stuff you mentioned you can eat and make it low in fat...Like the hot wings baked them and get the low fat Red hot sauce ..with lowfat ranch taste the same just healthier...or you can also fry in vegetable oil and still be healthy.. As to my knowledge the doctor states fruit is good...Only fresh fruit though even though they have a lot of sugar he told me it was good sugar...because i eat fruit all day ...I will have a banana for potassium, grapes, organges, sometimes i eat kiwi and coconut ..I love mangos so i love fruit fruit also make you have alot…

I am really self preserving money because of the economy so what i did was go to michaels in your area or marshalls they have those wedding stations where you can pick up bulk items for no more than 10 with like 100 different ideas for gift bags then go to the dollar store in your area if they have a wedding sections you…

I dont really like frozen food because of the sodium ...I tend to make food the night before and take to work ...frozen foods have alot of sodium and with you cooking your own foods there are really not alot of perservatives

you can also wear ankle weight while you are walking for atleast 30 min.. you can also do leg lifts or do bicycling

get some 5lbs weight and work on arms or if you go to the gym try the bicep machine and they also have a thigh machine at the gym it not lay on your side and lift legs in the air about 90 degrees 15 times 4 sets..they helped mine and i did lots of step areorobic

At the whole food store they have low carb low sugar bisquik pancake mix or if you have a meijer in your area they have it as well.

slow and steady is the weigh to do it because if you loose it fast and dont maintain it like the people on biggest looser you will gain more weight and then some

its probably water weight just make sure you work out and drink lots of water if you are going to cheat...You have to drink about 8 glasses of water a day and it is okay to cheat just dont be a gluten.

Use Smartfood popcorn (white cheddar cheese) they only have 100 calories and 180 sodium and 9 grams of carbs...they are very healthy also you can use carrots as well to replace chips just use lowfat dressing and they taste like sour cream potatoe chips..umm umm

all depends on what you ate...Ham has alot of sodium in it...and hopefully you drank water instead of juices and soda...Just eat alot of vegetables for a week like brocalli and tuna raw and you will loose it back quick..
