Butter or margarine? I choose butter

I believe it is always better to eat a REAL food over something synthetic, processed etc. Here's an interesting article about butter.

    ditto! butter it is... put a tub of margarine out on a summer day and a stick of butter... guess what... flies wont eat margarine... why??? they eat poop... but margarine is too disgusting for a fly??? yeah i'll stick w butter LOL

    Have you read the ingredients in those products? You can't even pronounce half of them. If I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it. They are both processed. Whole, natural foods are the best. One ingredient....sweet cream.

    Butter! Sometimes the healthier choice is higher in calories or fat. I just can't bring myself to choose something that is completely manufactured. I would rather go without!

    butter is my choice but country crock is my husbands, so I just make a point to rarely use it, and make sure that if I do its the kind with no partially hydroginated oils.

    If you have never done it, it spreads like butter, and melts super quick!
