For bread, use the Sara Lee Delightful whole grain bread. It's 45 calories per slice. For tortillas, I use flatout light original. It's 90 calories each.

Check out Hungry Girl.com. She has a cookbook (I bought it on Amazon for $15). It's called 300 recipes for under 300 calories. She has TONS of breakfast ideas. Mine does the same thing too! I usually weigh myself within about 15 minutes time and then go with whatever weight I get the most of. I think mine has to do with storing it on it's side though. I just changed the batteries in mine as well.

I've never done Zumba with a DVD, so I can't help with that part. I always go and do it with a class, I like doing that because of the energy that is in the presence and it gets me going. If there is a class near by, you should try that.

I run up the stairs (3 flights) up and down 5 times, 2 times a day. I burn just over 200 calories! And only takes about 5 minutes.

I'm glad you asked that! I have that problem too! It's crazy. I try not to move around on it either and go for the same time of the day. I can weigh myself, and then step back on the scale again 2 minutes late and it can be a difference of about 5 pounds! It's crazy!

If you already have a good dance background, you would LOVE it! (even if you don't have a good dance background). You burn TONS of calories and it's SO much fun, espcially in the class environment! You should try it! You'll become a Zumba addict like many of us already are, lol. I go for 60 mins and I burn 920 calories…

Thanks everyone! I seem to beat myself up pretty badly when I "mess up" and something happens. I know it's life, but at least I'm aware of it and learning to eat better now, right? IT was that darn starbucks coffee that did me over today! LOL
