  • I was going to suggest this as well. You are never too fat to run. The question is, are you healthy/strong enough to run? Go for a walk and try to run for 30 seconds and see how you feel. Do that a few times during your walk. If at the end you still feel ok, give C25k a shot. It's a really great program!
  • My mom said she noticed it in my waist, which I thought was great! Me personally, I can only see it in my boobs. I'm sure if I were to compare my before pic to what I look like now, I might see a more overall decrease. But to the naked eye (no pun intended), I just see mosquito bite boobies!
  • Wow, thanks for all the great feed back! The majority of my sugar is from fruit, but I will try to limit my processed sugar intake. I do have a granola bar every day and I love pasta/bread, so I'll try to cut those a little bit...can't do it completely or else it becomes a diet!! I will definitely take the sugar tracking…
