  • If most of your carbs are coming from vegetable sources I personally wouldnt worry too much about it as long as you are getting enough protein. I always try to get more protein and its pretty easy, good luck. Its amazing how a great salad adds up in carbs. As long as you understand the types of carbs. Have fun with it.

  • I was always told that chewing gum makes your stomach acid work and thus you feel more hungry????? If thats true maybe the gum is a great distraction.
