  • Brand new JM, came out in March. The idea of it is to do it for one week for a special event etc. She says you should lose 7lbs in one week. Doesn't seem possible but it's a good workout nonetheless
  • I am downloading the video today off iTunes. I am going to give it a try for the 7 days straight and see what happens. I've always been told to do strength before cardio. You want to be less tired for the strength part of your workout and not fatigued by doing cardio first.
