Hi, I am 5'4" and my goal is 180. This is what the MD picked for me. Main reason is I went from 395 to 215 in 2006-2007. Over 6 yrs gained back and went up to 238.8. I have one and I do like it. I aim for the 10000 steps a day. I do move a lot at work, but once home, if I am not at 10000 I go for a long walk to get it in. Overall it does help. Good Luck!

Hi, eventually you will get bored with your choices. When you do, be careful! I do tend to vary my foods and I found adding more spices and flavors makes it easier to stay with. April 1 through today I am down 40 lbs. As they say variety is the spice of life! Good luck with your journey.

Hi, I agree with moderation. I am Italian and pasta is like water to me. I switched to a whole grain pasta plus (Safeway/Vons) brand. My lab results.....letting myself get off track for 6 months and seeing those high cholesterol numbers as well as glucose...Got to get back right on track now.
