like everyone else ( and a tale of a wise turtle ) i agree with slow and steady by 2 cents would be regarding the walking...set the treadmill to a variable incline setting so it ranges up and down..you'll be amazed at the difference in calories being burnt

the lighter i am the quicker i'll be.. i haven't done a triathlon in ages ( did a half marathon in sept 2010 first one in 6 yrs ) and feeling cuter in the outfits will be a good ego stroke

i am a huge chocolate ( bar / truffle/ cake ) fan and my daily treat is a either a weight watchers fudge bar or a skinny cow one...110-100 cal and so yummy....works well with me

are you currently in physio?...is that an option? if so they can show you all sorts of potential options i also would highly suggest water activities...swim, water aerobics or jogging

after my first few weeks of 6 a week workouts my boyfriend commented about my "lack of motivation" it killed me and i did end up crying all day...it was so shocking to me that thats how he saw me sometimes people say things without realizing how it can be taken just know what you doing is great and keep on doing it
