my sister gave my a great quote...don't worry about what you eat from christmas to new years...worry about what you eat from new years to christmas... i think we need to be aware of what we eat during the holidays but one or two weeks isn't the big picture

eat something low in calories like a salad...steamed veggies...cereal...yogurt with fruit...a little light something is good for you

its all about pacing...if you try to run all out you will get tired quickly...walk breaks are your friend

i agree people like to judge...and i'd be a liar if i said i never did...but as someone who did tell someone she was getting too thin, sometimes its from a place of concern...and at that person's next dr visit the dr. said the same thing...she was having health issues... consider the source like anything else my two cents…
