OK, so I finished level 2 of the 30 Day Shred today and I'm posting pictures of my progress, as promised. The program definitely works, as I think the changes in my body are fairly obvious, at least in the side view pictures.

Nice job! You look tighter overall. I think I saw the most changes in Level 2. I'm on Day 4 of Level 3 right now and although this is my second round, it's been kicking my *kitten*!!

BUT 'cos mine sticks out under the belly button it makes the top bit look even smaller, so eveyr cloud and all that lol You've done so well I did day 5 of RI30 this morning, it is practically the same as 30DS but a bit harder (even though I would say week1 is not as hard as level 2 of 30DS) x0 -

Well, that's good. Thanks, again. I look forward to getting started on level 3 on Monday... Then I'll be finishing up with 30DS on May 15th, traveling for a few days, then hopefully get started with RI30 on May 21st or 22nd.0 -

lol I told my boyfriend that I had lost my butt... He didn't say anything, so I then asked what he thought about it. He, of course, turned it around and asked me what *I* thought about it. lol I told him I wasn't entirely sure how I felt about it. :laugh:
