I am brutally honest and warned my MFP friends up front that I would be. I would like the same from my MFP friends, but only one will ever say anything if she doesn't like what I ate for the day. I appreciate her input and concern.

I get a 6" Oven Roasted Chicken on a flatbread with lettuce, Green Peppers, Banana Peppers, Tomato Slices and just a bit of hot sauce. It's only 350 calories and 8 grams of fat. Don't get me wrong I LOVE SALT. I crave it, lucky for me I have very low blood pressure, but they say raw nuts are better for you than roasted and I could only find raw unsalted almonds so I stick with those.

I eat all nuts raw, unroasted and unsalted. I learned to love the taste in no time.

I'm late with my two week goal.... To get at least 15 minutes of exercise each day. Considering I work 13.5 hours a day and spend an additional 2 hours in traffic this would be good for me. Since the weather has turned cold, I've basically quit walking so I don't get any exercise. Need to change that!
