It's great when you can actually see it. I remember people asking me if I lost weight and I kept thnking they can't see it because I don't. But like you when I saw a picture of myself I was amazed. It gives you motivation to keep moving in the right direction. Great work!

For a while I would wear a ring that fit better with it to keep it on my finger. Now I wear the ones that have sentimental value on a chain around my neck now. Lost one and didn't want to take a chance after that.

I did some research on this after I got sick after getting the vaccine. I definately wouldn't get one. I'd get a note from a doctor. They should not be able to MAKE you get a vaccine.

Mine was so bad I couldn't turn my head at all. I had to go to a chiropractor to fix mine. He was a blessing and I see him once a month now. Find a good one that just doesn't twist you like a pretzel. Mine takes his time and is awesome!

I'm with you. I lost 51 lbs in 6 months last year. And now most of the time, I just don't care anymore. I do good one day or part of one day and then screw up for the next 4-5 days. I just can't get motivated anymore.

I agree with everyone else. Monitor what you have eaten when you get the headaches. It may take awhile but you should be able to narrow it down. I found mine were the result of my neck being out of alignment. I go to the chiropractor once or twice a month and I'm doing super now!

I log everything in my food diary on MFP before I eat it. It keeps me more accountable because I see the numbers in black and white. If I wrote down I had popcorn in a journal it wouldn't look so bad, but if I log it in MFP and it shows that the popcorn had 4 tbsp butter and 4 tbsp parmesan cheese it would show about 30g…

It sounds like atkins or low carb plan. I did that once and when I stopped eating that way I gained back twice as much as I lost and had cellulite for the first time ever. I doesn't sound like this would be any better.

Love it! The mini challenge that is....I hate push ups. I did the cheating off the wall ones (as I'm at work and there was no way I was going to get down on the floor here!) I got them in!
