Prefer lunges and squats to push ups. I agree with everyone else. They really help you to tone up your butt and thighs without even much work.

I would prefer contacts but my eyes reject them. I guess it's rare, but I have tried about 30 different kinds of contacts and drops, etc... but my eyes think there is something in them (like dust or whatever) and rejects the contacts. As with everyone else, this is just my opinion. Unfortunately, it does sound as though she is obese. No 10 year old should weigh that much unless she is about 5'7". What does she eat in a normal day? Popcorn with lots of butter and parmesan cheese. I love it, but eat tons of it if I allow myself to eat it at all. I have set myself a once a month allowance of having it. One lowly little day of the calendar month.

I'd love to lose 10% of my body fat. I'm trying to do that with eating right, which I have under control (most of the time) and walking and minor weight lifting. I know my body weight is going to go up as I build muscle but my body fat % will go down so I am ok with that. Wish me luck.

I love steamed cauliflower. Tastes like potatoes to me. I mix cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Yum. I'm not much for plain popcorn, but if you can handle it it's pretty good for you. Why not add sugar to the things you monitor. I know MFP pals that weren't monitoring it and were struggling. Once they started watching the sugar along with the other basics....calories, fat, carbs, sodium, protein and fiber they noticed a difference. Just an opinion. You may be adding muscle weight but losing body fat.…

I agree with you. I am a size 4 now and I'm not happy with it. I pulled out my old size 2 and 4 clothing and I can't even get close to getting anything on.
