  • Yes! I've used the simple philosophy of eat less and move more. I eat 1200 calories a day and walk maybe 2-3 miles 3x a week. Honestly, some days I eat fast food and dessert.. but I limit it to 1200 calories, or more if I exercise. over the last 9 months I've lost 50 lbs. It takes a lot of mental and emotional discipline.…
