Porridge, you know that often with IBS it would be recommended that you increase your intake of oats? Usually it is seen as a pretty safe thing to do and something that could help eliminate bloating and wind. How do you take your porridge? With milk? If so that could cause you a problem. I take mine with water and some…

My sister does Slim in 6. Before she started it I tried to talk her in to a different workout plan but to be fair she has completely transformed herself by following Slim in 6. She is a vegan and she has been eating a healthy diet along with the program, but the workouts in Slim in 6 have left her pretty toned and well,…

When are you getting the zzz's? Is it a particular time of day? You could throw some chia in with your oatmeal in the morning, that always makes a big difference for me. Also, perhaps an orange or something with a boost of vitamin C could help. Although you are getting some of that with some of your veg choices. Eating…

You need to be multitasking, that would be impressive. Bicep curls, drink a protein shake.

That rower looks exactly like the models I am looking at. I want a water rower for the same reason, was tough choosing between the different types but the water rowers just seem to stand out for that reason. Its nice to hear a good opinion on them, people are pushing towards the C2's so very hard online - I almost feel a…

I actually side with the OP! This place can be quite the hive mind at times, sometimes a little compassion goes a long way, certain people may not find their way to a place like this on their best footing. Don't get me wrong, some people on here deserve all they get based on their actions. Not this OP, she seems cool in my…

Haha yes, you've got a lot of things there that I have experienced but wouldn't have remembered to add. And I love how some peoples houses are just set up as a minefield for your head, no matter where you turn you will bang your head on something! Love the one about turning the corner, so so true.

Always wanted to but never have. If I did I'd probably take up Thai boxing and BJJ. Instead, I kind of go about like I would use things I've seen used in a fight of my own, should I ever get in one. I'd probably try a spinning back kick or a flying scissor heel hook. God I hope I never get in to a fight

I had a look at your last day in your diary. The easiest and most direct way to keep within your sodium limits is to eat fresh food. Have that in mind when you see the sodium contents, most of the main offenders aren't fresh produce. If that thing is working for you then its completely up to you, but of course you will…

I started juicing about a year ago and I wouldn't stop now. I juice as well as blend, if you blend you also get the fiber. I have one a day, never in place of a meal. I'll list some of the good things I've noticed from juicing and blending. Energy boosts Mental clarity Focus (Great if you aren't a morning person) Great for…
