I don't have a gym membership, I don't think I really need one. I have weights, exercise bike, rowing machine & kettlebells etc at home. I'm not after big muscles, but would like to be lean. I think I can achieve that with what I have. Only thing I pay for fitness wise is my food and £8 twice a week for a squash court.

Good book, it helped me a lot. Although it wasn't the final straw with me, it should have been and I was really disappointed at the time. But it really drills the message home about how awful cigarettes are. I also recommend this book to people :)

I don't think it will be banned, infact, I think a lot of drugs including class A drugs will be legalized in my lifetime. This process has already started at some places in Europe. Marijuana has been made legal in some states in the US, they thought the ban on that in the 60's would last a month at longest.

6'5, I'm okay with it. Clothes are a pain, things would be a lot easier if there was an extra tall option. I get most of my clothes adjusted now so they fit me better. Tops mainly. An annoying thing to have to do, but its worth it to have things that fit great.

I juice more now. Kale, cucumber, celery, apple + ginger is a go-to drink. It clears my mind. 4 large carrots + 1/2 green bell pepper for good skin. Blender oats, lf % yogurt, strawberries + manuka honey. Maybe once every other week if I have a sweet tooth in the morning.
