I didn't use it for acne I just tried it as a natural face wash in place of other products that are full of chemicals. Have a juice a day, it is great for you and an easy way to get all of those nutrients in 10 seconds of drinking. But also eat food. Just stay under the calorie goals. And don't forget you can also blend that green drink, same drink but you get the fiber.
