  • As a cyclist, I love leg days. Also, there's no worse look than being stacked up top while shuffling around on toothpick legs. Quads, Hams & Calves!!!
  • IMO biggest concern is the wheels and spokes. I think my highest weight was 315 and I rode an aluminum MTB and the spokes were the only problem I ever had.

  • I dealt with that a month or so ago. My Strava way lower than Garmin. Make sure both Strava & Garmin Connect profiles are up to date on everything, age, height, weight, fitness level, FTP, etc. Once I did this, my comparisons were still off but much closer.
