Thanks so much for the links asjerven! I am new to MFP and looking to tone! I've only looked at your link for fitness black book and that has answered so many questions! I cannot wait to take a look at the others! Thanks for giving me a great outlook on what this site has to offer! :)

In my personal experience it also helps to tell them you want to "tone and tighten" then to lose weight. I am almost 5'9 and I am constantly told I don't need to lose weight. However, keep in mind just because you are not losing weight doesn't mean you are not making progress! Muscle weighs something too!
