I love Mango Balsamic Vinegar and Pomegranate Balsamic vinegar... only 20 calories per tbsp. I also dip veggies in it sometimes. So good!

I like to saute spinach with onions, mushrooms, olivio, and spices. Then, I use it as filling in burritos and enchiladas.

Do you take B complex vitamins? I feel that they help me with stress and metabolism. I can really tell when I run out. :) Just an idea. You might also want to try upping your water intake. Good luck! :)

Don't give up! Here are some ideas that might help (take them or leave them!). Good luck!! - Try 1200 calories for a while - Incorporate some yoga/pilates (easier on the knees and still builds lean muscle). Denise Austin has some easy to follow but effective DVDs if you are a beginner. - No/low carb lunches: veggies and…

I do take it easy when I don't feel good, but I think the people on here are right... get some fresh air with an easy outdoor walk. Or, I do yoga when I'm sick... feels good on the sore body, too. Hope you feel better soon! Drink lots of water with lemon! :)

Try any Jillian Michaels DVD. Worked for me. :)

Stick with it!!! I didn't lose any weight for almost 6 six weeks (I actually gained a little due to building muscle), but then all of a sudden, it just started falling off. Everyone is different, but if you stick with it, you will be successful! Being on this site is a major positive step! Best of luck to you!!

I always eat something carby (granola bar, english muffin, etc.) an hour before my workout. Otherwise, I get really shaking and weak. Also, not too much caffeine. Good luck! :)

I LOVE Jillian! I did the 30DS (but not everyday because it was hard on my knees) and have seen great results. I've lost 10 lbs and 6 inches from my waist. I just recently bought Jillian's 6 week Six Pack and Yoga Meltdown...both are great. It think they are more than worth the money. Good luck! :)

I gained weight when I became a vegetarian (almost 3 years ago)... It is because I ate too many carbs. I started eating pasta a lot more. Good luck and welcome. I love this site! :) Jen

Hi! I had problems with my knees and feet. It is really high impact. I don't think you should stop because it is a great workout. I started alternating days with either walking on the treadmill or yoga. That way, my joints got a break. Also, I always take the "Anita" option. :) Hope that helps!

I am new to this site too and so far I love it. I think it is great because it holds us accountable for what we eat and how much we exercise. Also, our friends get to see our progress. Yesterday, I went out to lunch with a friend and had a perch sandwich with fries.. it was over 900 calories and totally ruined my total for…
