I personally think if you can do two classes in a row you haven't tried very hard in either. No matter what your fitness level you should be pushing yourself to be tired after one.

Fats from whole food are good. Meat, Eggs, Dairy.....
-
Full fat is healthier but contains more calories.
-
Yes it's normal. Are you getting enough protein(1g per lb body weight)?
-
Eating less
-
Working them wont get you a 6 pack. You just need to get your fat low enough so they show.
-
This. Not sure why you'd do anything else.
-
lol
-
Don't worry about it.

Hard to tell unless you share your log. Those things are designed to make you lose water weight not fat. They're great for fighters that need to drop down quickly to make a weight class but then the intention is to very quickly gain the weight again.

Save it, you'll need smaller clothes soon

Check out my log for the past few days. I don't really stick to conventional meal time i tend to eat at 9,11,330,8
-
Expensive water

I think you just need to look at your overall protein intake, timings aren't as important any they used to be made out to be. I'm 170lbs and hitting 220g+ a day fairly easily on a 2150cal diet.

Natural test boosters will have minimal effect unless your T is low. BCAA are Amino Acids, the building blocks of protein so a pack of chicken could advertise itself with Xg BCAA. IMO just get your protein and you'll be ok.

A couple of years ago it was green tea. This can possibly give the extra 1% i was talking about. 200mg caffiene doses 3 times a day can lead to you completely forgetting whole meals because you apatite is so suppressed.

People just get all weird over it. People always make annoying comments if i scan a barcode to log my food, even though i do it very subtly. It's pure jealousy
-
Oh sorry, i miss understood. It comes with the territory. People feel guilty that they aren't bettering themselves etc....... Just set yourself realistic goals and achieve them in a sensible way. Ignore everyone else.
-
So encouraging comments are demotivating you? I'd say you're losing weight too fast and it's messing with your head.
-
Any supplement might add an extra 1% to your efforts at best. Caffeine is the only thing that will help you. A good dosage will suppress you hungry which should assist with controlled eating.
-
How often are you training? 3 times a week on a full body is pretty taxing.
-
What's your muscle group split?
-
Depends how young you are generally. The younger you are the better your skin will tighten up.
-
x2.

I disagree with you. A standard chicken breast with no added water is around 22g P per 100g. Also when you cook something you wont remove 100% of the water in it. The way you cook it will also depend how much water is retained so cooked weight is never very good.

I don't know the workout but generally if you work a muscle it may grow. Most doing it though probably have lots of fat to lose so would lose more fat than gain muscle.
-
Gives me the runs.

Better than an LA fitness.

Raw gives about 22g Protein. I had trouble with that this morning, there's load that have been uploaded incorrectly on here.

A cheap treadmill will probably be really low quality but for the same price you'd probably get a fairly good bike.
