That should be pretty easy to reach just with food. Upping your meat portions is probably the easiest. If not just have a shake. Depends what you mean by toning as to if its effecting it.

I tend to find it's telling people that their diet is their choice gets strong reactions, and often fairly sexist.

Unless you're doing it first thing in the morning before anything has passed you lips it's unlikely to give a very good result. Just keep working hard and results will happen.

But my behavior is just making the point you did? Is it because i'm male that it's insensitive? Some people need a kick up the backside to get them in gear, I unapologetically give that and genuinely know i'm giving the person more help than the people saying well done for not pigging out today.

Do you think many men that control their diet get to a point when there brain says to stop eating? Using MFP you know exactly how much you can eat then stop. I just cant see that as valid reason.

As you're carrying a lot of fat you will have built a decent amount of muscle just from carrying your own weight. As you drop fat you'll lose some of that muscle. Use BMI as a guidance of a target weight.

Just start eating them, they'll grow on you pretty quickly.

If you've honestly eaten well since your previous weigh in then don't worry about it, you'll have a good drop in your next weigh in. If you haven't eaten well just remember your feeling of disappointment in yourself and learn from it.

I've seen pork joints at £2 per kg in asda before. You really wont get cheaper than that. Also 2 miles to your local supermarket, that's only 30mins walk each way.

I'm not sure our American friends will quite understand your budget and i believe food is more expensive here. OP i can see how it must be a real challenge to feed 3 people on that budget without even thinking about what the food is. To be successful you'll really need to put a lot of thought into what you eat and figure…

30lbs in a year is good IMO and you're likely to keep that weight off. You can eat the same as the rest of your family but you just have to keep your portions in check. Do you like beans and lentils? They're a good and very cheap food, they can help you get more protein without breaking the bank on meat.

Just remember your daily goal is a goal not a maximum. Look like your never hitting your goal which is just as unhealthy as going way over. Food is healthy, eat it.

Depends how tolerant to caffeine you are. Caffeine is a diuretic so makes you pee more.

TDEE is how many calories you burn in your everyday life. BMR is what you'd burn if you did nothing all day. Basically if you were in a coma.

Those sites are all pure guestimates. For a proper reading you'd need to use calipers. Even electronic scales would give you a better ball park figure. Your weight is going down, your other measurements are going down, so you're making good progress.
